When it comes to house projects and contractors in your home--the home renovation industry hasn't really made a great name for itself. But we don't accept that the remodeling process has to make you want to pull your hair out. So we're flipping what's "industry standard" and giving it a glow-up. You and your home deserve better, and we're here to make sure that happens.
Forget all those vague invoices, unspecific scopes of work, and confusion about what is and is not included. Our approach to every aspect of the home remodeling process means you'll always know what's happening and whom to ask questions to when you need more information.
Our in-house architects and interior designers handle the entire process, from plans to designs to permits to construction. This means you get to sit back and watch your dream spaces come to life without worrying about all the back-end work.
OUR PROCESS
We know that communication is the key to a successful project. Our process reflects just that. We want you to feel confident and comfortable every step of the way.
Making home remodel as uncomplicated as possible.
03. DECIDE
With the proposal accepted, we’ll get your project on the calendar. Now, it’s time to make final selections for any materials going into the project (Paint, tile, shelving, etc.). If our team is handling design, you’ll receive design proposals based on your preferences.
02. CONSIDER
Once the entire project has been assessed, we’ll send you a proposal that summarizes everything we’ve discussed up until this point. This is a great time to ask questions and consider the project’s pros and cons, as well as to add and subtract items from the proposal.
01. ASSESS
This initial phase is meant to help us understand your needs and the potential of the space to be renovated ( or the windows to be replaced). This includes discussing the pros and cons and asking you questions you may have yet to consider.
06. inspect
Once the project is complete, a member of our team will walk through the space with you to complete a final inspection. Tasks put on the “punch list” will be scheduled for another day for completion. And with that, your project is officially complete!
07. relax
Although you may have some furniture rearranging, decor shopping or curtain hanging to do–the hard part is most definitely over. Your new space is complete and it’s time to enjoy it. (We promise–your house wants you too!)
05. build.
Our team will arrive on-site ready to start your project. They’ll start by prepping the space, demoing as needed, and then getting to the meat and potatoes of the project. We’ll keep you informed of progress along the way, and soon, your project will be complete.
04. wait
While you wait for the day of your project to arrive, we’ll email you a proposed timeline and what to expect while we’re on site. Since every project and space is different, your plan will be custom-curated with your space in mind.
